Emma Anderson, Miss National Park's Outstanding Teen, and Jasmine Smith, Miss South Central's Outstanding Teen, recently
competed in Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen pageant in Hot Springs on June 30 - July 1st.
Jasmine Smith's platform issue is Spash into Safety: Water Safety. She performed a tap dance to "Turn the Beat
Around" for her talent. She was awarded Miss Congeniality and the Non-Finalist Interview Award.
Emma Anderson's platform issue is Be The Change: Stop Bullying. She performed a lyrical dance to "Beautiful" for
her talent. She was selected as a Top Ten Semi-Finalist.
